Audelle has always been drawn to supporting new families. Providing postpartum care for a friend rekindled the passion and led to formal training as a doula and CLC. Audelle's favorite self-care tip for new parents? Hire a postpartum doula, of course! Seriously, it’s so important to ask for help and then accept it when offered. Your friends and family honestly want to support you. She encourages her clients to determine how they will most feel supported during this special time so they can ask for what they need. It may be grocery shopping or light housework or just being present. Audelle is a Bronx native who loves babies, volleyball, and travel.
